The GEDCOM parser library
This is the documentation for the GEDCOM parser library, release 0.90.0.
The GEDCOM parser library is a C library that provides an API to applications
to parse and process arbitrary genealogy files in the standard gedcom
format. It supports
release 5.5 of the GEDCOM standard.
The rest of the documentation is divided into three parts:
- Usage: This is the main entry point
for application developers, using the library
- Development: This describes some internals
of the library
- Links: A collection of useful links, also
referenced in the rest of the documentation
